They can not be used in any commercial way for example a business websites,

Private
The private rate applies to personal, non-commercial projects. This includes portrait sessions for private use, couple or family photos, test shoots, creative collaborations, or student work.
If the images are intended purely for personal memories, your portfolio, or social media sharing without any business or promotional purpose, the private rate applies.
