Video Surveillance

We use video surveillance in the studio to ensure the safety of our guests and to protect property. The cameras monitor the studio, excluding the changing and restroom areas, which are explicitly exempt from surveillance.  

The recordings are stored in an encrypted cloud and are automatically deleted after a period of 7 days, unless security-related incidents occur that require a longer retention period.  

The processing of video data is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as there is a legitimate interest in securing our property and ensuring safety.  

Access to the recordings is restricted to authorized personnel only. Data is shared with third parties only if necessary to investigate security incidents or to comply with legal obligations.
